FAQ

Practical details before processing a heartbeat recording.

What audio files can I upload?

PulseClean currently accepts WAV and MP3 heartbeat audio. Each uploaded file can be up to 10 minutes. Very short, empty, unsupported, or oversized recordings may be rejected before processing.

What does PulseClean produce?

A completed task can include cleaned audio, enhanced audio, waveform comparison, an ECG visual, and a heartbeat visual exported as a transparent video synced to detected heartbeats. Signed-in users can download full workspace results.

Is PulseClean a medical diagnosis tool?

No. PulseClean is not a medical device and does not provide diagnosis. It helps clean, inspect, and visualize heartbeat audio, but it must not be used for emergency care or clinical decision-making.

What happens to my files after processing?

Processed files from guest uploads stay available for up to 4 hours. Create an account to save completed tasks in your workspace, where you can manage or permanently delete them. Avoid uploading unnecessary personal information.

Can I compare the original, cleaned, and enhanced audio?

Yes. PulseClean shows original, cleaned, and enhanced versions so you can listen and compare what changed before downloading account results.

Are the video exports ready for editing?

Yes. PulseClean generates transparent videos synced to detected heartbeat timing, so they can be placed over your own footage, slides, or design projects in a video editor.

Do I need an account?

You can start as a guest, but guest results expire after a short window. An account saves completed tasks to your workspace and adds full downloads, billing usage, and deletion controls.

How does pricing work?

Plans are based on monthly processing time. A free account includes a one-time trial allowance, and Extra Time adds account credit for heavier months without changing your subscription renewal date.
