Information we collect

  • Account information such as your email address, display name, login status, and authentication records.
  • Uploaded audio files, generated audio outputs, waveform data, visualization files, task status, filenames, file size, duration, and related processing metadata.
  • Usage and billing records, including processing time ledger entries, subscription status, Stripe customer identifiers, invoice identifiers, and checkout session identifiers.
  • Technical information such as browser user agent, IP-derived request context, error logs, rate-limit events, and security checks needed to operate the service.

How we use information

  • To provide audio cleaning, enhancement, analysis, preview, download, workspace, and billing features.
  • To protect the service against abuse, fraud, excessive automated traffic, and unauthorized access.
  • To provide support, investigate errors, maintain account records, and improve reliability.
  • To process payments and subscriptions through Stripe. PulseClean does not store full card numbers.

Uploaded files and generated results

Guest uploads and generated results are available for up to 4 hours. If a user creates an account and saves the task to their workspace, task records and generated files may remain available while the account is active and the applicable access period has not expired. Users can permanently delete task files from the workspace. We may also remove expired, failed, abandoned, or unsaved guest files as part of storage maintenance.

Cookies and similar technologies

PulseClean uses necessary cookies and similar technologies to operate the service. These may support authentication, account sessions, security and abuse prevention, language preferences, checkout or billing flows, and basic site functionality. We use Google Analytics to understand aggregate site traffic and product usage. We do not use advertising cookies, cross-site tracking cookies, or remarketing pixels at this time. If we introduce marketing technologies in the future, we will update this Policy and provide any consent controls required by applicable law.

Third-party services

  • Stripe processes payments, subscriptions, invoices, and billing portal sessions.
  • Cloudflare services may host the frontend, route traffic, store assets, and support private file delivery.
  • Google Analytics helps measure aggregate traffic, page views, and usage trends.
  • Authentication and email providers may be used to operate sign-in, account verification, and support workflows.

Retention and deletion

  • Guest files are short-lived and are intended to be available for up to 4 hours unless saved to an account workspace.
  • Registered users can permanently delete task files from the workspace when processing is complete.
  • Billing, account, security, support, and ledger records may be retained as needed for accounting, fraud prevention, dispute handling, legal compliance, and service operation.
