Your responsibilities

  • You must have the rights and permissions needed to upload and process any audio you submit.
  • You must not upload unlawful, infringing, harmful, malicious, or unauthorized content.
  • You should avoid uploading unnecessary personal, health, or sensitive information.
  • You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them for any non-clinical workflow.

Accounts and workspace

  • You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
  • Workspace task files may be moved to trash, restored, or permanently deleted where the product provides those controls.
  • We may suspend access to accounts or tasks that appear abusive, fraudulent, unlawful, or harmful to service operation.

Payments and subscriptions

Paid plans and Extra Time purchases are processed by Stripe. Prices are shown in USD. Subscriptions renew monthly until canceled. Cancellation, refunds, billing errors, and service failure handling are described in the Refund Policy.
