Refund Policy

Cancellations and refunds.

This policy explains how cancellations, subscription payments, Extra Time, account credit, and billing issues are handled.Last updated: May 24, 2026

Subscriptions

  • Subscription payments are generally non-refundable.
  • You may cancel automatic renewal through the billing portal when available.
  • After cancellation, your paid plan normally remains available until the end of the current billing period and does not renew afterward.
  • Used processing time, completed processing tasks, and generated outputs are non-refundable.

Extra Time

Extra Time purchases are generally non-refundable, including unused Extra Time, because they provide digital processing capacity immediately after purchase.

Billing errors and service failures

If we confirm a duplicate charge, billing error, or service failure, we may provide account credit, processing time credit, or a refund where appropriate. Refunds will also be provided where required by law.

How to request help

Contact support@pulseclean.app with your account email, payment date, Stripe receipt or invoice reference if available, and a short description of the issue. We usually respond within 2 business days.
